Christmas & Volling commenced operations in May 1995 with two principals – Josephine Christmas and Dale Volling. Neil Malick was admitted as a partner as of 1st July 2009.
All of the partners, Josephine Christmas, Dale Volling and Neil Malick are accountants from the Central Queensland region. They are supported by a team of very experienced, dedicated and totally professional group of qualified accountants and administration staff.

Josephine, Dale and Neil have vast experience in public accountancy and business consultancy with all having in excess of 25 years experience in providing advice to small to medium businesses.

Dale and Neil reside in the Rockhampton office and Josephine the Victor Harbor office.
With her grassroots heritage and over twenty years experience in accountancy, Josephine has developed a reputation for taking a personal interest in her clients, understanding them and their business affairs and getting the task done.
Dale and Neil both have over twenty five years in public accountancy. Over the years they have accrued a wealth of first hand knowledge on local and Central Queensland businesses and industries.
Today Josephine, Dale and Neil travel throughout Australia to see their clients.
